e attached link to The Committee on Energy and Commerce website.  The link is to a copy of the Majority Memorandum regarding a meeting that was held investigations on November 14, 2012 in front of the Subcommittee on Oversight and investigations. The Hearing was entitled: "Fungal Meningitis Outbreak: Could it Have Been Prevented?"

The Hearing was designed to examine the facts surrounding the recent outbreak of fungalmeningitis and other infections linked to contaminated injectable products made and distributed by the New England Compounding Center (NECC) in Framingham, Mass.
